Alexandra Palace Foodies Festival 2017
Alexandra Palace Foodies Festival 2017 returned again to North London. We were lucky enough to visit on a beautifully hot Summers day, which makes any outdoor festival that much more fun. Packed with new and interesting food stands, the ones that stood out the most for us was by far the Alvalle Gazpacho which you can pick up in Waitrose and is delicious and that is why it is Spain's number 1 seller. And the next one we loved was the Croft Twist Elderflower, Sherry, Lemon and Mint drink also available in Waitrose and is very refreshing on a hot Summers day.
The Mega Milkshake stand looked extremely appealing however it didnt cater for Lactose Intolerance or Soya, which seems quite short sighted, as they are probably cutting out 50% of their market!! So we walked on by !!
With Live music, Celebrity Chef appearances and Foodie Demonstrations, it was a lovely way to spend a sunny Bank Holiday Weekend.
