This contemporary French restaurant we have been to several times but this was before we decided to start a food blog. So we can just give our general opinion of the restaurant and not a detailed description of the food we had on the night, until we go back next time!

The Greenhouse restaurant has two Michelin stars. And they really deserve both of them. This is one of our favourite restaurants in London, and is in our top three "all round" dining experience in London.

The restaurant is set in a small mews in the residential part of Mayfair. It is a very elegant restaurant and also has a bamboo garden oasis with a waterfall backdrop, which makes a perfect blend of luxury in a comforting setting. This together with the fact that the head chef Arnaud Bignon is always in the kitchen, as he is more interested in serving his exquisite food, as opposed to spending his time promoting his public profile, like other celebrity chefs. In our opinion this really does reflect in the quality of the food that is served.
